Connecticut First Time Home Buyers, Now Is a Great Time To Buy a Home, Rates are low (take advanatage of near all time low rates before they go up) , House Prices are down ( but not for much longer) and the $8,000.00 refund plan!
The economy is bad. Who doesn't know that? How we got here, how we can fix it, who is going to fix it....those are all things we debate daily. It's a really sad time for all of us to be honest. The mess we have made of this country is embarrassing to say the least. The saddest part of all is that the churches.....the ones who read God's words daily, read Paul's letters, quote Solomon.....they were just as guilty and have played just as big a part in this chaos.

Looks like we hit a slow patch last week with only 4 homes closed in Culpper County the week of March 9 -15 , 2009. This of course according to the Metropolitan Regional Information Service, the local MLS.

I got my 4Runner detailed just last week. I really like getting a car detailed. When they do the full detail such time is taken to ensure that every part of the vehicle is clean. They don't just wash and vacuum, no everyone can do that. They take the time to apply clay bar, wax, polish applying each as necessary and ensuring the paint comes out looking like a mirror. I am listening to all the too late talks about AIG's bailout. I hear government officials, Republican and Democrats blaming each other for not locating the gaping hole in the bill which allowed AIG to self-serve taxpayers money back to their own executives.
Dartmouth MA real estate home sales continue to remain steady. 10 homes in Dartmouth sold in Feb. compared to 9 homes in Jan & 12 homes in Dec. Homes in Dartmouth are selling at a better pace than Fall River & Westport MA.
I am re-posting this to see f anyone still feels this idea is any less viable than the current schemes that have provided banks with countless, and unaccounted for, millions.
