Do You Properly Use Your Popcorn Button? - 01:57 PM
Do you use the Popcorn button on your microwave?  Are you one that says, "Yes, I use it, but it doesn't really pop the popcorn very well"?  Is your bag usually not full?  Do you have lots of kernels left over?
If so, you're not using it properly!  I'm going to assume you don't know the little trick.  Every time I tell someone, they're so appreciative...  Most times, when you hit the popcorn button, you have to hit the 30 second extender, and sometimes you have to hit it twice as the corn is still popping. So here we are on Memorial Day Weekend and we have service men and women in harms way once again.
These are special people. I would say they are wired differently to the rest of us, but the evidence just doesn't back that up. Take Flight 93 on nine eleven as a perfect example. Or the soldiers, sailors and airmen of World War II. It is in us all. We just need to find it.

Listings on MLS with NO Selling Agent Commission? Have you seen this? - 01:25 PM
I just running a search on MLS and came across a listing for $530,000, and at the bottom I noticed 0% for Agent Commission. And under private remarks :Co- broke fee is negotiable. Please contact seller for details.
I know there have been some changes regarding how MLS are being run since the DOJ case, and they have to be more competitive with regards to discount brokerages, but this is just absurd. I thought the whole point of MLS was for us to share information about properties that we will paid for selling, and to connect our clients and customers.

Happy Memorial Day - Celebrating Our Grandson and His Graduation from the Naval Academy! - 07:14 PM
Memorial Day is truly a day to celebrate our young men and women serving our country! We recently traveled to Chicago to celebrate the graduation of our number two grandson from the naval academy in Great Lakes.  He wants to be a navy seal.
