I had the opportunity to do a little spelunking not long ago. I must say it wasn't all that pleasant of an experience. It was extremely wet down in there and incredibly confined. You can see the water dripping from the top of the cave in the first photo.

You should have seen the array of pastas, bread and Fiamme's special "fire sauce" for dipping. It tasted just like it came straight from Italy. Fresh, authentic and scrumptious! The special "fire sauce" that serves as a dipping sauce for the fresh bread was a HUGE hit! It was Italian with a KICK!
I've delivered a lot of listing presentations this year, around seventy or eighty give or take. If we go back a calendar year I'd be at around a hundred and twenty or so. One issue keeps coming up rather frequently and that issue is that many sellers just can't afford to sell. What that means is that they want their traditional bail-out from the buyer, and the buyer in this market is having none of it.

I'm sure that most of us have scanners in our home that we use for inputting our documents. After years of frustration, I'm seeking help within our community as I'm sure there are HP scan users out there. I have 3 HP printer/scanners and for years have avoided using the scanners because I can't figure out the scan software basics. What I am missing is how to set document size, exposure, BW vs color, etc in advance of doing the scan. Can the scan defaults of color, 14 inch length, exposure, etc be changed? Short Sale Credit Rating Affects Many of our clients ask us how a Short Sale will effect their Credit Rating ? That is a valid and important question, which we will address herein. First of all, this question really needs to be compared to an alternative to give the answer meaningful relevance. The two alternatives to a Short Sale for eliminating mortgage debt, where the home is worth less then the total debt, is foreclosure or bankruptcy.
