Picture a bowl of primordial soup.  No, really picture it.  What does it look like?  I see a gelatinous, gray gumbo of sorts.  The contents within completely impervious to the light of the sun underneath an opaque, spoon-devouring top layer.  I don’t need to make out the individual invertebrates that I sense roiling about the porcelain confines to intuit that a wayward finger would disappear into tiny, prehistoric mandibles within moments of straying into the land of the culinary lost.

I very concern about how the honest hard working tax payer is being treated.  Here's my personal experience.
I have four business all tied to the real estate industry (stupid me huh!).  I have not asked nor do I want a bailout.  However, I was told that we the taxpayer must provide a bailout to Wall Street or it would hurt us.

CIT Group - 04:41 AM
As I see it, with the possible Bankruptcy filng by CIT Group the commercial lending market is going to freeze up even tighter.  CIT had 17% of the $14 Trillion commercial lending market, and over 1 Million small business borrowers.  Only BofA, WFB, and Chase will remain in the domestic market.  GE and GMAC won't lend.  Given new lending criteria, many of those borrowers will not qualify.  CIT has all of their borrowers assets tied up as security.  Malls, at least in California, are going to empty as will other retail space.  Space vacated by the likes of Circuit City, Levitz, Linens 'N Things, Shoe Pavilions, … (18 comments)

We all know that getting all of the facts on a seller disclosure document is critically important.
Even FSBO sellers know that it's a risk reduction technique that will save them grief after sale.
Just like any stigmatized property, there will be challenges in marketing and getting the deal to a close.

Well after having several jobs get snatched out of my grasp at the last minute, I decided today to stick around and wait for the hiring manager at a pizzeria in downtown Orlando...I waited for about 7 hours, but my patience was rewarded...I GOT THE JOB!!
4 times jobs I have sought and were told I would have because of my qualifications and background checks coming back clean as a whistle were snatched away from me at the last minute.
4 times IN A ROW!!
