Nationally, new home sales rose last month at the fastest pace in more than eight years, a sign the real estate market may be gaining traction, according to economists.

Had someone told me just a few months ago, I would ever hit the 100,000 point mark, I would have not believed it.  I first joined ActiveRain in 2006 after I had attended the first of three GRI courses and found out about AR by talking to other agents.

Road Warrior Journal: Day 3 of a 5 Day Road Trip - 11:26 PM
I had to remind myself several times today that I had recommended this venue for the class. The last time I was here it was fabulous. Overhead LCD projector, big screen, good parking, etc. I arrived a little earlier than usual.
From the "I Shoulda Known Dept" they contacted me two weeks ago to say that their system didn't always connect easily with the itinerant laptop so I should bring my class on a jump drive. I did. Their computer couldn't read my jump drive or couldn't open the program for some reason, so we connected my laptop to their system. … (0 comments)
