Just like a gun slinger on Main Street reaching for another shooting iron. HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY 4TH of  JULY FROM THE "LIVE FREE OR DIE STATE!"
New Hampshire's highways were bumper to bumper today heading north hoping to have some good weather and lots of fun for the holiday weekend.  The weather here in New Hampshire for the last three weeks has rained insesitly and we haven't seen the sun for so long it's depressing. 
Regardless of the weather people are ready to play this weekend with family and friends and enjoy the time in spite of the weather. There is much to do here in New Hampshire so come on up … (2 comments)

Oahu Real Estate Market Update - June 2009 - 05:04 PM
The Honolulu Board of Realtors released statistics for the month of June. Below is the chart:
A total of 254 single family home sales were recorded last month, up from 232 single family homes that sold last June.  In contract, the median home price for last month was $569,000 down from last June, which was $625,000. 
Condominium resales illustrate the same trend...more home sales in June than last year, but median sales prices for this year are down compared to one year ago.
This indicates that lower prices are perhaps starting to lure buyers back into the market.

Virtually Waterless Laundry Washing Machine - 10:54 AM
At one point, it seems as though virtually everyone has sat in front of washing machine and watched the soaked clothes tumble through the suds. That tradition may be a thing of the past if a new “virtually waterless” laundry machine finds its way to the mainstream.
