My specialty as an Idaho loan officer is purchase deals.  I just like working with buyers and the need to having a deadline that needs to be met with so many people depending on me.  I don't know if it comes from my Marine Corps backround of being in artillery that time is everything.  If off by a smig in calculation or timing then we have a big blow up in the wrong location.  When that gun goes off you want to make sure you have all your ducks in a row.  The same goes in have your Purchase and Sale … (3 comments)

Sometimes I fancy myself a consumer.  Aren't we all?  In those moments, I try not to think of things from a professional standpoint, nor a purely logical one.  Instead, I attempt to understand what I would think of things if I wasn't in this industry and wanted to buy a home... or already owned one and/or wanted to dabble into refinancing it.
I won't mention names because I'm not a fan of lawsuits.  Yet, I've seen subtlety directed commercials from Mortgage Companies "tied" to Government Programs.  I've seen rate sheets in the Sunday Paper that made me spit up blood.  … (22 comments)

I finally got my Google voice number and I've played with some of the settings. How do I place the widget onto my AR blog?  I would like to have it in my signature area below the ******.  However since the widget uses 'flash" that might not work? 
 
I have also tried to emded it over on the right with my other widgets.  The code is there right now but it doesn't appear. it is right below the send me a text message widget.

It's 1:03 a.m. (EDT, not Activerain time), and I'm busily trying to reciprocate comments and read posts by some of my favorite Activerainers before I go to bed.  Suddenly I'm jumping out of my skin because a deafening sound blasts from my computer, scaring me half to death and potentially awakening the dead - or at least my husband.
I quickly scramble to back out of this blog as quickly as possible and end up just hitting X on the tab to close Activerain altogether.

A HEALTHY STEP is located in The Village of Waugh Chapel at 1300 Main Chapel Way in Gambrills - just 5 minutes from Crofton, MD.
I pictured "grandma" shoes or "nun" shoes, for some reason, when a store called "A HEALTHY STEP" opened near retirement condos in the Village at Waugh Chapel.  I had absolutely zero desire to visit that store.  My mistake! Now I have to laugh at that misconception.
