     For close to 30 years, a real estate customer of mine had been a "head hunter", a career placement specialist. I asked him while touring property how his job has changed over the last 30 years. AUGUST IS USUALLY A QUIET MONTH FOR HOME SALES - Mother's are running around getting school clothes for the kids. Things start to wind down for the vacationers as well. Most people have to be back at home for school or back to work as vacation time is over. 
It's quiet here in the seacoast NH areas but this isn't unusual for August. I've been in the business for 20 years and it's always a down time for us Realtors . I wish it were different that's for sure. Is it quiet where you are this month?

What a handy little tool this is.  An easy fix for those dirty grout lines in the bathroom and kitchen or anywhere you have grout.  First clean with bleach and water, let dry and then color away.  For $6.98 it will give you a newer look without replacing the grout.
