I got into the home inspection business because I felt, do feel, it is noble profession. I have the opportunity every time I inspect a home to help someone. I provide insight and information on the home so that my client can make their final purchase decision. My help doesn't stop after the inspection is complete. What happens when you don't change a listing status in a timely fashion?  Maybe it isn't really an ethical violation but it sure is frustrating to others.

Well I got my new Printer from Kodak today after winning the contest.  I really needed a new Printer.  My old one jambs constantly if I am not there to pull stuff off as it prints.  However, I am cheap, money is tight, and every month there seems to be some other priority for my funds.
