Pinelake Baptist Church (Starkville) is collecting donations and household goods for the recent tornado victims in Weir, MS. What is the status of foreclosures around Saugatuck, Mi? Just checked the Allegan County News for the upcoming foreclosures and a couple more developers who have projects in Saugatuck Township are listed in the paper as in default and slated for foreclosure. I can only think of one remaining developer who is still standing. These new defaults may open up building lots in great locations are firesale prices.
