Spring is officially here in Baltimore as the Baltimore Orioles return to Camden yards for Opening Day. Today's 3:05pm game will undoubtedly be a festival as the "Birds" come back to town.

It's a new season, new hope with new team players. It's been quite a few years since Baltimore was a GREAT team, but fans remain loyal.

Spring Break - 09:00 PM
My family and I are enjoying a few days off on Spring Break in beautiful Chattanooga, TN. This is a great southern town that features great wonders like Rock City and Ruby Falls on top of Lookout Mountain.  We are also campers. We absolutely love camping. This weekend we are hanging out at the beautiful Lookout Mountain KOA.  One of the things we learn while taking a break is just how important it is to take a break. Ottawa real estate stats March 2010 - 06:18 AM
The Ottawa Real Estate market is still going strong. It is still a seller's market and the properties that come on the market, that are priced right and show well sell quickly. We are still seeing some multiple offers on many homes. The warm weather, which came a bit early this year, and lack of snow made many buyers come out sooner to look for their dream home.
The average sale price is still on the rise, which is great for sellers but sometimes not the greatest for Buyers out there.

     Everywhere I go I am always asked the inevitable question: "How's the market?".  I never mind answering.  In fact, I quite enjoy it.  For the record, this Spring has been very busy in Scituate and all the surrounding towns.Believe it or not, what I am telling people about our Spring market right now is that things are selling - fast.  Why?  It appears that sellers have heard too much about the decline in home values and have decided it is not the right time to sell.  Justified?  Maybe.  The current inventory is down way below "normal" … (2 comments)
