Hawaiian Inn Resort 2301 South Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118
Hawaiian Inn Resort is a popular resort in Daytona Beach Shores. It has been converted to condo-hotel a decade ago and since then enjoyed quite a popularity among both owners and guests.
Hawaiian Inn was built in 1965 as a 4-story hotel. 9 years later another floor was added. The resort has maintained higher than others maintenance fee to avoid Special Assessments, and were quite successful for a number of years. Internet Killed The Real Estate Star - 10:55 PM
Is the Internet, IDX and Syndication a help or a hassle?
You put your listings in the MLS and every agent has "easy" access to all the listing details. The MLS also has a public site that allows consumers to search for and get much of the information that in prior years consumers had to rely on you for.
You Opt-In for IDX and allow your listings to be displayed on other Brokerages sites in exchange for having their listings on your site. Now they all have to say "Courtesy of..." on them but that information tends to be buried as … (0 comments)

Trash From the Past - 01:08 PM
Inspecting older homes can be like stepping into a time machine. This I find to be especially true when it's a one owner home. How about this for longevity of ownership, eighty (that's eight zero) years. That's the story I was told during a recent inspection.
Often when a home has been owned for a very long time by one owner I will find curiosities from years ago during the course of the inspection. I found an oddity recently that I would not have expected to find in a home, a trash incinerator.
This was not just a trash incinerator; this … (16 comments)

Finding the Perfect Home in Regina Can be Magical - 07:53 AM
As a real estate agent, I really enjoy helping others find the perfect home. It's so exciting when I'm showing a home and the new buyer "sees" their new home for the 1st time. It's a contagiously good feeling when they see something in a certain home that lights up their eyes or makes them do the double take. The chemistry between Regina residents and their homes can be magical.
To me, selling Regina real estate is so much more than just earning a living from selling homes. I get a real satisfaction out of the whole process. For me, there's … (0 comments)

Let the Northern Virginia "Normal" Market Begin - 12:45 PM
After extended tax incentives and great deal of media hype about the “best time” to buy a home, today is the time to celebrate the coming of a normal real estate market in Northern Virginia.

Don Walker is an inspector and owner of Ace Home Inspections. He says there are five areas in homes that he frequently reports problems with. They are electrical, foundation, plumbing, the attic, and landscaping.
Electrical
Walker says sometimes homeowners assume with newer homes that all will work just fine but that's often not the case. "I inspected a brand new house-four … (0 comments)
