Tonight I signed on to Active Rain... I was on several times already today and this were "normal", but now... ONCE AGAIN... the dear sweet folks at Active Rain have chosen to "FIX" something what WAS NOT BROKEN.

I went to Veterans Court today and witnessed 20 men, young and old, graduate after 1 year of drug, alcohol and criminal pasts. These are all men that have fought for our country and could not make it in society after what they experienced in war.Pray for their success.

Sarpy Real Estate Market March 2010 - 10:41 AM
March 2010 Omaha Real Estate Market Report for Sarpy County.  March 2010 is off to a good start.  March 2010 active listings were 965, compared 888 in March 2009 an increase of 9%.  Sold listings for March 2010 increased 32% compared to March 2009. 
The increase in active listings is not a surprise.  Spring is around the corner and the best time to sell a home is now through July. Why Don't Agents Call Back Or Give Feedback?? - 01:15 AM
I've been in the business a long time. I know what it's like to have a seller calling all the time to know what a buyer is thinking about their home or whether the buyer they're now in contract with has their mortgage.
Seems like we've gotten to a point where agents don't feel it necessary to call back when I've left a message. Never a difficult message. I'm just asking for the agents to call me back and let me know.
