Google has a site call Google Places, it is a wonderful way to advertize your business and listings for free! You can add up to 100 single listings for your business.
Now keep in mind that there are three general steps before your listing will appear on Google: 
1.  You must submit your information, from basic contact info, photos and video.
2. You must verify your listing by phone or postcard. (they just want to be sure you are "real".)
3. And it will take less than 12 hours for it to appear on Google.

With July 4th a few days behind us, you may have already gotten your fill of fireworks.  Children of all ages enjoy "the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air" (well maybe it frightens the really young and the causes heart attacks in the really old, but you know what I mean).

North Seattle Statistics: July 2010 - 12:36 PM
Single Family Houses:North Seattle prices have been stabilizing for a good year now.  Pricing right can get you a house sold in 5 days or less.  June's sold prices are up from July and December of 2009 and ever so slightly down from this May.      North Seattle had 249 closings in June. That is 3% less than May.  This is the third highest number in the past year (253 in July 2009 and 256 in May 2010) and a great sign!Along with the average days on market in June being 23, it shows that these sales are not left overs … (0 comments)

North Seattle Condo Statistics - July 2010: North Seattle condo prices are still trying to stabilize. North Seattle had 55 closings in June and days on market were 39. Both better numbers than average.North Seattle condo inventory at the end of June was 341, consistent with May but down from April.  This is 6.2 months of supply; almost a balanced market. 
Downtown Seattle prices, although higher, are getting closer to stabilizing and are down from last summer.  June had 55 condo sales in downtown.  The most sales in over a year!  And days on market were only 36. Inventory for … (0 comments)

I added: INTOLERANCE, tolerance, and over-tolerance describe our reason for existence, our greatness, and our biggest problem. Our continuing doctrine is to remain tolerant! We have to realize over-tolerance only occurs when the other guys fist approaches out face!
We were founded on a belief in inalienable rights that demands tolerance, but for personal choices and an intolerance to the imposition of other's beliefs. It's as oxymoronic as it is wonderful!
Being an American is more than an accident of birth!

2nd Qtr - West Jordan from 2009 to 2010 - 09:19 AM

An increase of 11% in homes sold was experienced in West Jordan Real Estate.  Prices stayed in the low 200s but slightly decreased.  West Jordan homes currently have 7 months of inventory.

2nd Qtr - West Valley City from 2009 to 2010 - 09:40 AM

West Valley Utah homes climbed 71 homes or 36%.  Median sold price declined $17,000 or about 10%.  Average West Valley City homes sold price also decreased, but only by $12,500.

WHAT DO SHORT SALES OFFER THE BANKS??
MYTH #1.  IF IT MAKES SENSE TO THE AGENT, IT SHOULD MAKE SENSE TO THE BANK.  ActiveRain members continue to question the results of Short Sales submitted to major banks, servicing entities, etc., for approval.  The question is usually "why don't the banks understand the benefits of approving a Short Sale??" 
MYTH #2.  THE BANKS DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BENEFITS OF APPROVING A SHORT SALE.  HA!  Bank of America understands Short Sales far better than real estate agents and consumers understand the Bank of America.
