D V is entered in the Ellensburg Washington PRCA Rodeo this Friday night September 3, 2010.
Hope he has a good ride.
Wish I could be there to watch him ride. D V is currently ranked #12 in the world. 
Don and I are so proud of Douglas, it takes a lot of determination to compete in this sport on the professional level at the age of 37.  I am so hopeful that he can make the finals again this year in Vegas... Is it really almost Fall! - 11:03 AM
I know, I know, its still nearly 100 degrees out there, but seriously it will be fall by the calendar in a month and maybe by the temperature shortly there after. :) Clean out the rain gutters - To clean, use a high pressure hose to get rid of the debris and then finish it with a trowel to get the last of whatever happens to be hanging out in your gutters.  Then spray them down one more time just to make sure. Prospecting is a subject that most agents read about and then maybe do a few things as suggested - or not.  Lately their seem to be quite a few agents complaining about the 'market', the 'economy' or whatever story they're telling themselves to be true.   So they stop doing the things they know they should be doing to prospect and they buy into their 'oh whoa is me' story.

Is the "Like it" button on Agentopolis a big deal? - 11:05 AM
I have been following www.agentopolis.com since they first launched in 2006. Although not an overnight sensation, they have quietly added features, and functioality, while building traffic and momentum year after year.  This week, just yesterday in fact, Agentopolis added social media tags, for Twitter,  Facebook,  and blogger, These tags allow Agents to link their Agentopolis listings back to their own facebook and Twitter pages, which I think is pretty cool.  Also, Agentopolis replaced their recommendations with  a "like" button, (all recommendations were carrie forward as "likes") bringing them directly into the social media malestrom, and making them the best contender I … (1 comments)

Some Things Should Just Be Private - Is Social Media Going Too Far? - 01:16 AM
I completely get the concept of Foursquare for driving business at a hyper-local level. It's an amazing tool and businesses should absolutely take advantage of what it offers. That said, the security issue scares me a bit. Is it really necessary for everyone to know your whereabouts 24/7? Having been the victim of a stalker type person, perhaps I'm just a bit conservative on this particular issue. I caught an article on Yahoo today that really gives me pause.
