Agents! Our job is to make the home look it's best when we take photos. So often the photos on our MLS are so dark, because the agent doesn't take the time to edit the photos. Lighting in the home can make a huge difference. Most of us have a listing presentation ready to present to sellers on a moments notice, but what do you do for buyers? You don't know what a buyer wants to see unti the showing appointment. What makes you feel prepared and what do you do to WOW your buyers?

Are pop up stores a new phenomenon? ls it unique to New York and the northeast or are retail stores popping up around the country for a short period of time before disappearing into the ether, to be reborn at another time in another place?  Or am I just not shopping enough to have noticed?

I'm often asked, "When will we be through all of these short sale?"
After looking at the numbers, I say we have a long ways to go before we eliminate the Idaho short sales and foreclosures in the Boise Idaho area.
With nearly 40% of the inventory in Ada County Idaho (Boise area) being distressed properties and values continuing to drop at a recent rate of 1% each month, more and more home owners are upside down in their values.
Canyon County Idaho(Nampa-Caldwell area) is at a level of 50% distressed property listings.
