Mr. David Cole recently spoke with the Southwest Orlando Bulletin about current tax issues involving small businesses and individual's taxes.
 SOB:  What is new this tax season and what do the recent tax law's passed mean to us?
David Cole: There were two major bills involving tax cuts for individuals that were due to expire at the end of 2010.  The new tax law extends these cuts through 2012.  The lowest tax bracket will still be 10% and the other tax brackets will be extended as well and not be increased.  Starting in 2011 our personal exemptions and itemized deductions were due … (4 comments)

Snowing on Birch Mountain! - 10:36 AM

It's still coming down, too! It's 10:26 am, and we haven't seen a plow truck on our street, yet!  Our town is usually good at clearing our roads.  Not, this time.  Our small town will be digging out for hours!  Haven't seen the snowmobiles yet, either. Is everyone, sleeping in?
Here's a few photos!  It's really beautiful!

 The town plow truck, finally came to our road around 2pm!  Yikes!  They are saying that this snowstorm compares to the one we had in 1988!  It snowed again, two days later, another 22 inches, in that year.

Winners Do, Win! January 31 Day Challenge - 01:19 PM
Do you often wonder, why does that agent get all of the listings?  My tip for today, for the January 31 Day Challenge is to open your eyes, a bit, about winners. 
  Change is not hard.  You can do it.  Here are some ideas, to help you.
    1) Never give up! 
    2) Focus on your goals!  Most people, who have success, have written goals. Do you?
    3) Work the fundamentals. 
    4) Be consistent.  You must know your profession and your clients.
            Are you consistent with your client contact?
            Do you check your files, every day?

I've been away from posting on My Blog for a while. However, I'm back and will be update this regularly.
So much happens each day in this real estate business it's important to dedicate the time.
The market continues to be uncertain. There are lots of would be buyers waiting for the signal to buy, but are afraid of jumping in at the wrong time.
Well, I think it's a good time and I am in the middle of negotiating a purchase for myself.

Dry Comal Creek is a vineyard located on 103 acres of land just outside of New Braunfels, and neighbor to Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard. To understand more about why this winery is so special, you have to go back to the beginning.
