Commission) has delivered it's final report on their long-
standing investigation of the causes of our economic crisis,
as well as who's to blame. Congress created this panel to
examine 22 different topics and their overall conclusions state
that not only was this crisis avoidable, but Wall Street has been
the major factor (yet not the only) in the decline of our current
financial and economic state. If you'd like to read the full report,
I suggest you find a comfy chair and grab a beverage. It's really long
(500+ pages of content), but the facts and figures presented are truly

HUD has a program called the Good Neighbor Next Door discount.  This program offers HUD approved single family residential home to eligible participates, a home for 50% off HUD appraised value.  Eligible participates are firefighters/ emergency medical technicians, law enforcement officers, and teachers.  There are some other requirements that would need to be met.

Good location and right prices are two keys for quick sale.
No matter how bad the market is. As long as the property has above two keys, it will get offers within 2 weeks. But it's hard to have the right price. The seller always want to get more. As the agent, we need to help seller to find the fair market value and help them to sell.
