We know more about real estate in the Nashville TN area than motorcycle riding.
A friend, who wanted to learn to safely ride a motorcycle, recently did some research to find a place to take lessons.

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in the community.
One home sold in last six months in this lovely 55plus community in Bucks county.
It was a 2 bedroom , 2.5 baths home with a loft and garage. it sold for $270,000 and was marketed for 97 days. The home owners association fee is $100 a month. It is 10 years old.

Real Estate -- The "Good Old Days" are over, but so are the "Bad Old Days" - 11:42 AM
The good old days of annual double digit real estate price increases are nothing but a memory.  Also gone are the days of annual double digit price drops.  Our real estate market has approached the point where there is a hint of stability, with much smaller fluctuations in value.  While no predictions can be 100% accurate, all indications are that changes in either direction are more likely than not to continue to be less acute.
