Market Stats Lubbock TX Sept 2011 - 05:29 PM
Below are the Market Statistics for Lubbock TX Real Estate for September 2011.  Homes under $50,000 saw an increase in sales and less market time.  Homes from $50,001 through $299,999 saw an increase of market time from about 3 months to an average of 6 months.  Homes from $300,000 to $500,000 saw a dramatic increase in market time from 7 months average to an averge of 10 months.  Homes above $500,000 stayed virtually unchanged with average market times of 15-18 months.

Let the Red River Rivalry Begin!!! Oklahoma Sooners versus Texas Longhorns 2011 - 07:34 AM
It's the weekend we've been waiting for again - the Red River Rivalry pours into Dallas TX where the city is painted Red and Orange. Oklahoma Sooners play Texas Longhorns at the Cotton Bowl since 1900. Dallas TX is chosen as the neutral site, halfway between Norman OK and Austin TX. Both teams have been playing each other in Dallas TX since 1912 except for 3 times (1912, 1922 and 1923).
For both schools, University of Oklahoma and University of Texas at Austin are holidays giving the students opportunity to travel to Dallas TX to meet.

Highland Park’s September Property sales were 33, up 37.5% from 24 in September of 2010 and -23.3% lower than the 43 sales last month. September 2011 sales were at their highest level compared to September of 2010 and 2009. September YTD sales of 266 are running -6.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 285.
 
The Median Sales Price in September was $440,000, down -18.1% from $537,500 in September of 2010 and down -2.2% from $450,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in September was $444,569, down -38.3% from $720,615 in September of 2010 and down -11.1% from $499,817 last … (0 comments)

In trying to understand clients and also personal relationships better I thought about computer breadcrumbs. It relates to how people are MUCH MORE than what appears to you on the surface.
