Whenever shopping for any item, we tend to compare like items, especially when making a large purchase. With certain things it’s an easy comparison, just like the saying, apples to apples. It’s easy to spot bad fruit or we already know what we like and skip all the other apples all together. Simple. When it comes to larger purchases like cars or appliances, the comparisons can get convoluted and confusing. Since I’m no car expert, I can’t offer any advice in that department, but I do know a little about appliances, in this case heating systems.
Coins for Kids in St George Utah~2011 is just one of the special charities in our area that really supports those in need. There's a real push for this much-needed charity during the holiday season and it's refreshing to see so many businesses and people get involved to help those less fortunate. There's usually a large meter displayed in downtown to track the donations and it's fun to see the amount of money donated and how much is still needed to complete their goal.
As I am getting ready to start decorating for the holidays, I was looking for inspiration and ideas from some of the wonderful home stagers at Active Rain and came across this post on 2011 Christmas decorating trends by Eve Rusakova, Home Stager, Toronto, ON . If everyone had the ability to sell their existing home or the financial resources to make the purchases, there are many great homes on the market at exceptional prices in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. For every home that sells in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota, 15 properties remain on the market. The median sales price of a home in the Brainerd Lakes area dropped 9 percent and is now at $154,425 according to the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors.
