So, this is the first day of the December Blogging Challenge, and we're really excited to kick it off!
Today being the first day of December, we have a full day of activities scheduled:
 Send out anniversary cards to past clients; Respond to four leads that came in this morning and assigned to agents; Go to our local board and buy some more lockboxes (yep, more listings ahead!); Go preview a new listing and take pictures; Attend online webinar, "How To Actually Close More Deals On Facebook For LOs … (4 comments)

Update on New Beach Park in Indian Harbour Beach - 12:37 PM
The construction of the new beach park at the site of the old Patsy's Shell Shop just north of Eau Gallie Blvd on A1A in Indian Harbour Beach is nearing completion. (see my original post: http://activerain.com/blogsview/2522490/space-coast-parks-recreation-series-new-beach-park-in-indian-harbour-beach-is-under-construction-again- )
 
The roof needs to be put on the two structures that have been built (what appears to be bathroom facilities and a BBQ area). The parking lot has been finished and some planting will be done. I spoke to one of the workers from the construction company and he told me they should be done by January barring weather interruptions.

Water and mold, two things that most every home buyer or homeowner for that matter, fear. While a healthy respect for both substances is more sensible and realistic. The fact is there has and continues to be much misinformation around fanning the flames of mold dread. Truth is mold is every where. Some of it even tastes good.

 Entrada at Snow Canyon in St George Utah Real Estate Market Report ~ November 2011 is as follows:
6 Entrada at Snow Canyon homes have been sold in the last month:
                                                         1 home sold for under $200,000                                                         2 homes sold for between $300,000 and $400,000                                                         2 homes sold for between $500,000 and $700,000                                                         1 home sold  for just over $700,000 at $715,000
There were 61 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of November 2011 which is a 27.4% decrease from November 2010 when there were 84 homes for sale.

Promoting Health & Wellness in St. George and Washington County - 05:27 PM
To help promote health and wellness in St. George and all of Washington County, UT, Healthy Dixie was established.  All health conscious members around the area participate from local cities, schools, and organizations.  Currently, the council is working to increase walkable neighborhoods, safe work places with health programs, and they are encouraging community gardens.  Washington County is well known and liked for its scenic features, recreational activities and the temperate winters.  Frequent sights along our roadways and trails are people biking, running, and walking.  Therefore, programs like this are much needed to continue the growth of health and wellness in the … (0 comments)

I had arranged the photography sesssion with the photographer from OBEO for my new listing at Brookside Estates in Andover, MA. I had put this listing in MLS few days back. The sellers were ready to go - but the painting contractors delayed everything - so I could not get the pictures sooner than this. And well, I did take some pictures, too. Here's one of them:

I have already mailed out some of the calendars that I send to my past clients.
This morning I addressed Five more calendars and wrote a note with each one.
I already mailed them out.
My clients look forward to receiving my calendars and they have it on their refrigerator all year .
I do not like to write too many notes so I just do a few every day.
