Our local school dist has had its challenges.  From a discrimination suit that has kids being bused from the other side of the city, to the recent budget shortfall that will have several schools closing and teachers laid off from their jobs.
How do you as an agent explain to your clients that everything will be fine?  When in reality, most people in the area know its not.  Before we couldnt even tell them where there children would go to school, we still can't really...the high schools did get zoned finally...but the elementary schools have not gotten there yet.  People have … (2 comments)

Sunday's Wall Street Journal online had a great article about the affordability of homes.
We tend to be focused on prices, have values hit bottom, where are interest rates, all important considerations in determining your game plan in terms of whether you will buy NH real estate in 2011.

I had this very weird problem growing up of first off seeing the world differently than those around me, which continues to this day, and secondly seeming to get along better with the adults in my world rather than my own age group.
