Happy 70th anniversary Clark and June! - 07:56 AM
My in laws are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today.  ee are about to leave to go to daughter number 2's house because it is half way and it will  keep June from doing all the work.  It is a family thing because that is what they wanted and at 93 and 94 they get what they want when they ask, especially since they rarely do. 
I will try to post more latter.  what a blessing they have been to a whole city of people and beyond!

Nobody likes a Gasbag - 04:33 AM
The other day I got a phone call from a gentleman looking for a home. Everything got off to a great start and I had a great feeling about it. He was a conventional buyer that was qualified up to $250k but was looking for something $60-80k that he could live in for a few months and fix up and then rent out for at least 12% per year.
