Nah, not me. I'm a lifer. But I gathered a new client looking for Fort Mohave homes for sale this week, because of just that. When I asked the prospect if they were or had been working with an agent, they said . . . "Well, we were . . . but he texted us that he quit real estate, told us another agent would be helping us but we never heard from that agent in over a month, so we needed to find someone else." A Long Long Time A Go in a place I use to know there lived a tribe of Friendly Bankers. They opened their doors at 10 each morning and closed promptly at 3. But, if you knocked on the back door by the big parking lot you could get in after 8:15 or until 5:00. The head teller always keep his drawer in a separate little safe that he could access any time in case you need a few thousand before they opened or he went home. I agree and the statistic doesn't surprise me in the least. Americans don't want to rent their shelter any more than they want to lease vehicles or rent the clothes on their backs. LANDSCAPING IN LOUDOUN COUNTY IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA IS EASY WITH DECORATIVE GRASSES. Each year as a part of the autumn landscaping care, we "CUT BACK" the ornamental grasses in my yard from the 4 feet to 12 feet they have reached over the summer to a mere 1 foot or less. OUCH! However, they always come back. They are beautiful, tall and majestic. I love them. The "green" in the plants just begin to show last week but soon, I'll those bauties back. Ornamental grasses make lovely landscaping accents.

Supply Versus Demand - The average months supply (active listings divided by monthly sales rate) for the period Jan 1, 2001 to June 1, 2011 is 5.9 months. Its considered to be a "seller's market" at 4 months' supply. Right now we have a 3.2 month supply. Yet we read everywhere that there is a "glut of foreclosed homes on the market". What we are reading may have been true in November last year. It is not true now. In fact available supply is really even tighter than this. If we only count active listings that don't have a contract the months supply number (2 comments)
