Roast Pepper Tart 

Roast Pepper Tart Recipe from Dolores Kelley 
Pastry 
6 oz plain flour
pinch of salt
2 ¾ oz butter or margarine
2 Tbsp green pitted olives, finely chopped 
Filling 
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 ½  oz Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs beaten
5 oz milk
1 Tbsp chopped Basil
salt and pepper 
To make pastry, sieve the flour and pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Rub in the butter or margarine until mix resembles breadcrumbs. Add olives and cold water, bringing mixture together … (6 comments)
