Another great subdivision in the Cedar City Real Estate Market is The North Ridge Subdivision. It is located in the county, just outside Cedar City limits, but near enough to still be a good option. It is a new subdivision, which means that there are still several choice lots to build on. It is located on the west side of the mountain.
Short sales in Sacramento in August. I can't believe it is August 1. As a Sacramento short sale agent, August is shaping up to be a busy month for me. It should be a slow month, as compared to previous years, but it is not. I have scheduled so far around 10 closings. This week alone I am taking 4 listings, that I know about. Sometimes, I get an emergency short sale listing, if you can believe that. It could be 5 listings this week if a seller in 95818 gets her flooring finished, but she is not a short sale. … (8 comments)
The other day, I was talking to a Chicago Short Sale Seller about the Monthly Assessments on her condominium unit as she wasn't sure if she wanted to pay them on a responsible monthly basis or withhold and pay at the time of closing, just in case, she might go into Chicago foreclosure.

I've seen quite a bit of "rants", posts about real estate prices since I've been a member of this active real estate community. "Pricing" can be very subjective and most definitely manipulated - intended for the receiving parties.

Often new agents ask how do they start with new clients striking up a conversation or building rapport and translating to them with regards to real estate that they are the ones to work with? It is really no different than building good personal relationships.
An article in yesterday’s Los Angeles Times claims that a very high rate of real estate deals fell apart in June. Factors such as economic concerns, financing requirements and lower than expected appraisal values are leading suspects for the increase in failed housing contracts.
Oregon has some great fishing, won’t you join us? I love Oregon and one of the great things about Oregon is its great salmon runs it has each year. These fish are big, give a lot of fight once you get them on the line, taste great and are great for you!
We do work in an industry that can be confusing to the general public. While there are dozens of areas where customers and clients for that matter, really don't understand what we do, IDX is particularly confusing to them.
