I am sometimes so focused on a seller's hardship letter that I might blurt out something I should not say. A seller might tell me that his job transferred him to the East Coast, which means he has to uproot his family, tear his kids away from their friends and school, and move to some horribly distant and barren land. And I'll say: "Perfect; that's great!" Then, I find myself backpeddling to explain why I said that because I would hate to come across as a person without compassion.

Today, has been a normal like any day, alot of things to do on "my list" but I cheated and went to Active Rain to check in before I was supposed to because I had other things to do that were more important (like setting up appointments for showings with buyers this weekend and doing a Market Analysis) but I wanted to "cheat" because I got so much done yesterday ... and so I did.

Rules of Engagement in Chicago Short Sales - 05:08 PM
Today, I requested a showing for a short sale property here in Chicago that is beautiful with a lot of square footage. When I placed the call to the agent and then text her, she finally got back to me about this Chicago Short Sale telling me that it is under contract and that it didn't make sense to show it anymore.
WRONG!
I immediately reminded her that the bank wants the property to be shown and marketed even if a contract is on the table. Now, this contract was just accepted and what says that this buyer may back out … (11 comments)

Seventeen homes came on the market in Addison, TX in August 2011 (up from 12 last month). This includes 4 new construction townhomes in Asbury Circle, the Ashton Woods development on Belt Line Road. The total number of properties for sale in Addison is 56 (plus a residential lot). Now is also the time to sell, while inventory is VERY low!

(1) Start thinking about your Business Plan for 2012. If you haven't already done so, make sure you have a notebook of Ideas.... Always keep it by your side. The Notebook of Ideas can consists of marketing plans, blogging topic, etc. You never know when an idea spring up. Be sure to write it down.
(2) A financial budget to go with the Business Plan. Every business person must know how much it costs to launch a Marketing program. Money doesn't just drop down from the sky, does it?

What works is that a lot of first time home buyers, investors and move-up buyers are able to get some smoking low prices on Phoenix Area Homes. Well lets just say it has been a loooong summer! With six kids that live with us I have been doing the Mr. Mom thing this summer. My better half has been bearing all of the Real Estate work and me, the rug rats. I love the kids don't get me wrong. Could school time have come any sooner? Merrimack NH new Premium outlet mall to get Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5TH - 07:22 AM
The new Merrimack NH Premium outlet mall is underway and will get a Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5TH.
The luxury-clothing retailer Saks Fifth Avenue has announced that it will open an off-price department store in the new Merrimack Premium Outlets next year.
The outlet store will be New Hampshire's first Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5TH, which sells designer clothing and accessories at a discount.
The outlet store will be a hefty 25,000+ square foot store.
The outlets are currently slated to open in June 2012, according to an Aug. 1 project update posted on the Merrimack town website.
