If you think that the week between Christmas and New Year was a time that the Crofton, MD real estate market slows down...you would be largely wrong this year. There was quite a bit of real estate activity considering the time of year, with new listings coming on the market, and several listings settling, along with very robust rental activity. 5 sellers obviously think that there are buyers out there by listing their homes for sale. Most REALTORS® believe that when buyers are looking in the dead of Winter, they’re serious. 3 of the new listings were priced at (4 comments)

I am not referring to loss on the sale price of your home but rather, I am talking about minimizing the chance someone may get injured while viewing your home for sale in Brevard County, Florida (or any other place!). Before you list your home for sale take a good look around your house from a child's perspective. Even if you have no children think about potential buyers who do have children accompanying them as they view homes.
