Have you been surprised by an appraisal and had to asked yourself if the appraiser looked at the right house because the numbers did not resemble the property value or the house floor plan. We probably all had a few of these. Our most recent one was a luxury home in North Scottsdale, Arizona with 6,200 square feet 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, 4 car garage and all the amenities. We counted 16 errors on the appraisal to include it showing only 4 bedrooms and 5 baths with 5,800 square feet. … (8 comments)

If you would like to buy a home in 55plus community, the first thing is to determine your price range and the amenities you would like. You can then look in all the communities that offer those amenities in that price range.
