February 29, 2012 was a special day, the Opening Night Reception for a wonderful mosaic glass surfboard collection by the well-known glass artist and owner of the Glass Ranch in Escondido, CHERRIE LA PORTE at CATCH Restaurant in Carlsbad Village.

Cooperative Short sales - 06:34 PM
There is a new animal in our neighborhood.
They are called cooperative short sales. I have showed a couple of them.
If you don't know what that is, They are properties where the lender determines a sale price for the property. If you want to buy it, this is the price you pay. Still an AS-IS sale with no seller concessions. No negotiation. Tough in a lowball world.
The two properties I showed were grossly overpriced. Decided from there probably won't show anymore. The lender wanted more money for a trashed unit then a turnkey unit that was sold for two … (5 comments)

According to this website (realtytrac.com) there are currently 201 foreclosures in Douglas County, which equals one in every 532 housing units.
The foreclosure rate in the United States saw a small downturn in 2011. In fact, it has been reported that every single month except for December during the year 2011 saw its foreclosure rate fall when compared to the same month during the previous year.  These statistics mean that the number of foreclosure filings in the United States was down about 30 percent from 2010 – and some specific states saw an even greater percentage decrease.

I was using very good drip email system that was free up to 1000 email. It was great for several years and now they went out of business??  Still shocked that that something like that is even possible not sure what to do now.
 
 If you have a email marketing you can recommend please do!!!

The home is occupied by a family of four, two parents and two children, plus two grandparents, both over 60 years of age. The San Francisco Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board has the following relocation required payments.
Each tenant is entitled to a payment of $5,153.00, up to a maximum of $15,460.
