Do you have a purchase transaction with Altisource and Premium Title of California? Did you buy a home in southern California through http://www.GoHoming.com? Well get ready for a wild ride! I recently closed two transactions with investor buyers which started out with an online offer at GoHoming.com which was accepted. The initial part of getting the purchase contract signed, earnest money deposited, and contact information went well, but after that was more of a challenge. The first transaction was 2 months late in closing and the second transaction was one month late mostly due to Premium Title of California not ordering (44 comments)

Your job, relationships with others, education, blogging, the stock market, hunting, conversations, shopping. I really could go on and on. Seriously. What some folks don't understand & need to are home improvements. If you put in a new pool or a completely re-done garage, kitchen, flooring, deck, paint, faucets, appliances, railing, light fixtures, etc. etc. etc. etc You can't expect to be traded dollar for dollar what you paid for that item when you go to sell your home. Trim and accents can really improve curb appeal. You can make your house look much more inviting, just by using high contrast colors on the trim and accents. Allot of houses have a narrow brickmold for the trim. Others have windows, doors, and trim that match the color of the rest of the house. If you really want to draw people to your house, you have to make it stand out, and look inviting. You may have heard about a new program from Bank of America which allows you to lease back your home instead of having BofA foreclose. Maybe you thought that my might want to apply for this program. Well here's the problem with that - YOU CAN'T.
First off this test program is only in 3 states, New York, Arizona and Nevada. Secondly Bank of America is going to select only 1000 home owners for this program. There is no way that you can apply for this (2 comments)
