Receiving a CRS referral in the Denver area is a win-win for all parties! By that, I mean, sellers, listing broker, referring broker and even the new buyers! Within the past month, I received a referral from a CRS in North Dakota. She had found me on the CRS website, researched me and then called and left a voicemail. I responded within 3 minutes (IMPORTANT - respond quickly) to her call. I was able to follow up with her contacts here in Denver within a few more minutes and set up an appointment to discuss the sale of their home. The (0 comments)

Just like your Mom told you, the words "Please" and "Thank You" go a long way, but that is not magic word I am talking about here. As a self-proclaimed "Internet Nerd" and search engine fanatic, I am always trying new things: different types of websites, different presentation methods, and new Wordpress plugins, etc.... all to get potential customers to "click" and to watch our websites climb the rankings. The trend continued upward for St. Clair Shores single family home closings in March. With 63 closings in January & 81 closings in February, the month of March brought 87 closings! The average sale price also saw an increase. Let's hope this trend continues throughout the year. Of the 87 closings The average List Price was $77,272 The average Sales Price was $73,369 The average Days on the Market was 64 Highest Sale Price $245,000 and the Lowest Sale Price was $13,100 37 were bank owned foreclosures 12 were short sales
