When selling your home in Northwest Florida, it is important to understand what you are legally bound to disclose to potential buyers and your real estate agent.  If you fail to make these disclosures, you could be on the hook for big bucks, sometimes long after the closing.  In an effort to remove some of the gray in this area, I’ve compiled a list of items that you, the seller, must always disclose whether selling your home traditionally or “as is”.

 Oh my, I say! I've never seen or heard anything like this in my life until now.. I've had many aquariums, and carnivore fish, such as Oscars, and other exotics, but this is one species I hope you nor I ever run into, my friends! Where did this alien like species come from? It is some newly discovered invasive species from Africa called a "Snake Head", and is upsetting an ecosystem in Maryland. They have been mysteriously been found in the United States. Blog by Jason Crouch «An Open Letter: I Understand Why Your Home Has Been on the Market So Long» brought some rather heated comments and caused some tension. Jason had to defend himself for what he, actually, did not do, and it was weird to see the righteousness without reason or knowledge.
And I thought that we had way more of this 2-3 years ago, when a blog suddenly was turning in the direction that would terrify the author to the point that some authors would stop responding to whatever was happening there, or would turn off comments altogether.

All that glitters is not gold, especially when it comes to houses. It is very common and makes good sense to freshen a home up, when selling. Painting and doing some general maintenance prior to listing will help attract buyers. This tact is also employed by the Flipper.
That word, at least in my circle, has taken on a negative connotation. Too often, the pretty and glittery house the Flipper is selling, has plenty to hide just behind the eye candy.
