Can I Low Ball Offer A Warren County Foreclosure? - 05:49 PM
Can I Low Ball Offer A Warren County Foreclosure? Sure you can!  All the magazines tell you to do it.  The newspaper articles tell you to do it.  That guy with the infomercial at 3 a.m. says to do it.  Your buddy at the bar tells you to do it too. But you know who's not going to tell you to do it?  Us, your Warren County REALTORS® who make a living giving Warren County home buyers and sellers advice.  All those other sources, they work on hearsay and rarely ever put signature to paper and their reputation on the line. … (21 comments)

Find the lowest price for prescription meds - 01:20 PM
I think the single biggest thing I see on people's credit has got to be medical bills.  Prescriptions can be incredibly pricey, especially for those on a fixed income.  This is a great app so I'm passing it along.  Another great way to save money.
Via Susanna Haynie -Colorado Springs Realtor When life gets you moving...719-321-0800 (Springs Preferred Realty, LLC):
Who's got time to be sick?  I don't. Who's got the money for it? Nope, not me either. Medical bills can add up and if you've ever had to pay for meds yourself, you might have had to sit down when you saw … (3 comments)

Do You Record Your Own Voice Mail Messages?
I’ve often wondered why some people don’t record their own voice mail messages, especially in our business. It just strikes me as odd. But maybe that’s just me.

I’ve called 2 agents in the last day for appointments and it was clear it was not them in the recording, not just from the voice (a female voice for a make agent in one case) but also the message itself – “so and so is not available but if you will leave her a message…”

Is it laziness?

Is it … (72 comments)

Easter was not always the Christian Holiday that we know today.  Easter had its origins from pagan rituals, and customs.  So given that today is Easter Sunday I thought that it would be appropriate to list a few facts about the beginnings of Easter, and how it went from pagan rituals and customs, to the day we celebrate today.
Easter Sunday is always the 1st Sunday after the first full moon, after the first day of Spring. The word Easter comes from the pagan goddess "Eostre". Many of the customs associated with Easter, like Easter eggs and rabbits come from … (5 comments)
