It is true, we didn’t have to go to Radiator Springs or break down to meet Tow Mater, he came to us, right here in Beaverton, Oregon. Every Friday night there is a car show at the corner of 174th and Farmington next to the Dairy Queen and this week were lucky enough to be graced by the presence of Tow Mater himself. He did seem to be the hit of the car show this week.

This is an excellent explanation of the "why" some things cost as much as they do. Sometimes the consumer perceives the effort as minimal because the time expended was less than minimal.
Rarely is it the length of the process.
The knowledge is very often much more important than the time required. Your doctor does not charge by the time although many times we would like to see it happen!

"I've tried a few agents but none of them have been able to help me find a home." These were the words I heard from a buyer who called me today.
I have to say my "DANGER" flags are waving any time a buyer tells me the've "tried a few agents", but I asked some questions & listened to his story to see if I could help him.
I learned several things as Mr. Buyer talked. The most important one being that what Mr. Buyer wanted does not exist in today's real estate market.

First, check your market. As they say, you can't ride a dead horse, no matter how great of rider you are. Just like you can't succeed in a dead market. Without supply and demand you can be the world's greatest agent and still be broke.

The real estate market the last few years has been, at least in my area, inundated with houses that have been bought at a low priced , fixed up and then put back on the market. The buyer now seller's purpose being to make a profit on the property. These investors are most often referred to as flippers.

The City of Gaithersburg will be participating in a Free Rabies Clinic for cats and dogs on Sunday, May 20, 2012, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. There is no fee for the rabies vaccination; however, a City License must be purchased at the clinic.
The Montgomery County Animal Services Division sponsors the clinics at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Rockville at 14645 Rothgeb Drive, which is just off East Gude Drive.

WGNW 957 The Choice and several radio personalities attended and provided live broadcast from the Relay for Life held at Enka High School last night.
Heavy rain, thunder and crisp lightning were the star of the Relay for Life event and caused a 30 minute delay in the schedule. After all, you can't have 400 people walking around a football field in those conditions.
