The short sale is under Bank of America coop short sale, which means seller will $2500 as relocation assistance at closing. There are some outstanding condo fee's that will be paid at closing by Bank of America. Calling all agents that have attended any of these REO conferences.. What direct benefit did you get from any of these conferences? I get at least 2-3 emails weekly announcing another REO conference and all the lenders that will be attending the conference, and how I can get training and network with Asset manager to get REO listings. The recent emails are from REO Expo and Five Star conference.
