So I've complied a quick list for you. Foreclosures are sad. I feel the house 'knows' that something bad has happened to it. Don't know how I know, I just do. It's a gut feeling, an instinct. I make my friends and family laugh when I point and say, something is 'up' with that house. One of my past listings recently became a foreclosure and popped back up on the market. If you own income property, the amount of rent collected has a direct bearing on the value of the entire property. The Speaker will tell them that ANYONE can do it...you don't need to be a realtor.....you don't ever have to have owned property before...you may not even need any money...just follow these easy instructions after you pay $$$$$ to attend this Money grows on trees new found fortune machine..you write an offer because the Seller/Bank/Investor will of course take whatever you write....and Voila...the Buyer is on his/her … (8 comments)

This new listing needs your creativity, updating, and a bit of hard work. Consider this great value for such a good SW Gainesville location! This neighborhood is located off SW 8th Avenue at SW 98th Street. Most in the area know the sign there says "Willow Bend". Currently, the sign is down for repairs.
