Sometimes it's easier to sit back and complain!
 I remember when I was young my mother told me that I would encounter some tough days during my life, but she didn't say it would be everyday. During the economic troubles I think some people have become complacent and find it easier to sit back and blame it all on someone else and just wait for someone else to fix it.
Maybe the first thing that needs to happen is an attitude adjusment for everyone. If we all were to focus on doing something positive each day instead of so much negative … (2 comments)

There is a current thread on Linked IN “National Assn of REALTORS®”group about advertising other realtor listings. Basically it comes down to IDX or no IDX. But I think too the decision to IDX or not is a reflection of our commitment to our clients and in such the health of our industry.
