New Panera Bread opening in Crofton/Gambrills MD - 03:23 AM
The shopping center at Waugh Chapel South in Crofton/Gambrills is still under construction but that hasn’t stopped new businesses from opening when they’re ready. One of the newest additions is Panera Bread, which recently opened about two weeks ago. As usual with new restaurant openings in the area, Panera Bread is already a hit with residents and visitors. Zillow Premiere agents notice, we are getting screwed with new policy - 12:56 AM
To any Zillow Premiere agents that have been with the Premier Agent Program for more than a few months please note that Zillow has changed a couple policies that really dilutes and affects the value of the program.
I have been with Zillow from nearly the beginning as a "Premier Agent".  I understand the need for Zillow to monetize but they have just stepped over the line. The purpose of this post is to provide those interested in the Folsom, CA housing market data about that market.  The data presented covers May
2012, and the preceding fourteen months.
 
The first chart lists the cost-per-square-foot for all homes sold in Folsom by month.

ActiveRain Contests…Why participate? - 02:03 PM
I think I have participated in maybe two or three contests on ActiveRain.  Not much participation considering I have been on here for over five years!
But I am beginning to maybe re-think my attitude toward the contests
Why?
I participated in the recent FAQ Break Into Summer Organized Contest.  Basically it involved writing ten posts answering frequently asked questions.  To me the ten posts here was like a ladder to be climbed.
Writing is difficult for me.

Promoted Posts, Sponsored Stories, Timeline and whatever the next change that happens to a Facebook Business Page aside, I still think the Facebook Page is something every small business should have and actively maintain.
Facebook says my Page was started on January 1st 2010. Currently my Page has garnered 4,030 or so LIKES and it’s done so just by word of mouth and engagement.
I don’t want you to LIKE my Page No, I’m not going to delete it.  Yes, I still like you.  But what I want instead is a LIKE plus a little more.

However, the national statistics seem to indicate that about 30% of properties nationwide are in negative equity.The federal Mortgage Debt Relief Act was passed at the end 2007 to allow homeowners debt relief on their principal residences if foreclosed on or sold in a short sale.
