learning the ropes of Video Marketing - 10:55 AM
I have been using video marketing since late 2007, but only recently turned my powers towards listings. 
I am seeing a surge in views, and I am getting better at doing them. In the past, when I did a carcast. I would simply let the camera run and sooner or later I would say something worth keeping, but when I do a listing video I need to make sure that I am some what scripted more importantly I need to sound like I am not reading.

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Barack Obama's sweeping health care legislation Thursday in a narrow 5-4 ruling.
The court's ruling upheld the law's main provision -- a requirement that all people have health insurance.Four different federal appeals courts heard challenges to parts of the law before the Supreme Court ruling, and came up with three different results.

The Cedar City Real Estate Market has some great town home subdivisions.  Bella Monte is one of those great town home subdivisions.  It is a PUD.  They are around 1400 square feet, and really are upcsale as town homes go.  They were built in 2007.  They are 3 bedroom 2 bath town homes.  Most have solid surface counter tops.

It's Time for Some Common Sense - 08:18 AM
I want to start out by saying that I love fireworks!  I love the huge displays that are put on in celebration of major Holidays and events!  I love setting off the personal fireworks, and always have.  This year in the State of Utah, I hope that the Governor will issue a State of Emergency and ban fireworks!
