HGTV was taping yesterday at Starbucks in Summit NJ. How excitng was that! The wheather is beautiful this time of year, Summit is nestled between Watchung Reservation, South Orange Reservation, and Short Hills NJ. It is a terrific town, and I can help with relocating, or purchasing a new home or condo.

Today I had a situation where, rumor control stated a particular property had gone into foreclosure and the bank may be holding the asset. I found out the Bank and contacted a representative, and quickly got a call from a member with contacts to find the proper answer. I have had a history of not asking for certain things but found we need to ask, and we may get what we need. Thanks to all involved.
Unless you have been living in a cave you are aware of the increasing number of foreclosures on residential homes as a result of the downturned housing markets. While some states such as Nevada and Florida were hit very hard, there has also been a large number of housing foreclosures in the states of Georgia and Alabama. There are currently well over one thousand homes for sale in these two states with approximately 25% of them being distressed, foreclosure or bank owned properties.
