The Showing Agent Left Feedback, But Was It Professional? - 03:35 PM
I suppose I should be grateful.  At least the agent who showed my rental listing gave feedback.  It wasn't hard to do.  I make it easy for showing agents to give feedback.  They get multiple email requests over the next few days with an easy one-click of the mouse to get to the form I provide.  The form has 7 simple multiple choice qestions and an aditional space for questions or comments.  It doesn't get any easier. 
I feel it's a professional courtesy to give a listing agent some feedback, so we can let our clients know how the buyer/renter feels … (5 comments)

I had to reblog this.  A home inspection is worth its weight in gold.  They go over all aspects of the home, and can find stuff that could cost $$$ later.  I always insist my clients get a home inspection.  It is like a doctor taking an Xray.
