There Is Always Something New To Learn In The Lending Industry - 06:15 PM
There Is Always Something New To Learn In The Lending Industry.  It does not matter how long you have been a Loan Originator there is always something new to learn.  Yesterday was one of those times for me, and I was surprised by the answer.
I have a Veteran that wants to purchase a home with a VA Loan.  This Borrower owned a house in Arizona up until a year and a half ago and had a Conventional Mortgage on it.  This Borrower needed to relocate to Connecticut because of his job, and we all know the Housing Market in Arizona … (29 comments)

MLS Photos Worth a 1000 words - Really? - 12:36 PM
MLS Photos Worth a 1000 words - Really?
So I was searching for some properties, and I came across these pictures. The photos below are actual pictures on the MLS!
Taking bad pictures is one thing, agents are not professional photographers, may not have the Right equipment, may be not the right time of the day....
I was amazed at this agents posting of these photos!!
There is not only one car in the driveway, but many... distraction.
Not sure what the tree picture signifies?
Six pictures need to be rotated 90 degrees left or right..

Does God still talk to us? Do you hear Him?? - 11:59 AM
After breakfast, I heard in my head, "take your pill you big dummy!"  I am terrible at remembering this every day!
Oh, the voice I heard was Fred Sanford!  You can just hear it now, right?  I haven't seen that show in a very long time!
Does God have a sense of humor or what??

You've seen them - those 3 bedroom townhouses masquerading as 4 bedrooms, thanks to a lower level rec room with a tiny closet and accessible window.  Well, this is not one of those houses - this is a true four bedroom garage townhome with two spacious master suites.
Not only does it have space - more than 2,600 s.f., in fact - it also has style.  Hardwood floors, new Karastan carpet and beautiful travertine stone floors in the lower level rec room.  Granite and … (4 comments)

What's Happening With Integrated Asset Services (IAS)? - 06:25 AM
Hi All,
I've worked with IAS for years.  They were always late in paying, so I didn't see anything wrong with waiting.
However, now, six months out, they owe me over $2,000. For a while, no one picked up the phone. Now, at least I got one person to talk to. He promised he would forward my concerns over non payment but he then didn't call me back.
Anyone having the same issues?? If so, what are you doing to resolve it?
