What is a “Michigan” basement?
A “Michigan” Basement is a partially dug-out space, typically bigger than a crawl space, but less than an actual basement.
One step up from a crawl space, a “Michigan” basement is basically just a dug-out area under the house. It’s shorter than a normal basement because the foundation didn’t go as deep. They’re difficult to stand up in.
The floor and walls are just dirt, but a lot of times the homeowner pours a cement floor in after the house is built. Another common after-thought is putting in “walls” made of cinder blocks.

Conventional loans remained a very strong second choice with buyers and investors recognizing the tremendous values in the Henderson market and movng confidently by taking larger equity positions.

Denver Home Values Expected to Increase - 11:26 AM
It’s a good time to be a Denver home seller, so say the results of the HomeGain National Home Values Survey for Q1 2012. HomeGain queried over 400 real estate agents/brokers and more than 1700 homeowners, grouping results nationally and by region.
Nationally, 37 percent of Realtors® and 25 percent of homeowners believe home values will increase in the coming months. Last quarter both groups weighed in at just 15 percent.

Assuming the property is ready to sell - i.e., in good condition and priced right - my answer is this: EFFECTIVE MARKETING.
Effective marketing makes likely buyers and their agents aware that your home is available for sale and convinces them that your home will satisfy their wants and needs better than any other home on the market.
Let's begin with the second part of this definition, because a compelling marketing message is actually the first step in effective marketing.

The New Pinellas Bayway Bridge - St Petersburg/St Pete Beach - Florida - 02:25 PM
The new Pinellas Bayway Bridge is under construction with an expected completion date in the Fall of 2014. The current work is to construct the eastbound bridge which is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2013. Once this section is completed, all traffic will be diverted to the new span while the westbound lanes are built. The final bridge will be a four-lane, high level 65 foot high, fixed span bridge.
