222 Melanie Ln was on the market a short time before I brought a buyer to the property and we wrote and offer that closed.
The home was listed on 4/2/12 and we had binding agreement on 4/12/12.
Listed at $279,000, the sale was closed at $270,000 on 5/18/12.

I looked up the NBA draft for 2012 and found Jared Sullinger, odd I was going to write an article on how I wished the CAVS had selected him it is odd that they showed him since he was the 37th pick overall. I think he will have a great career,many have talked about his back disc and that he may end up like Greg Oden and now the CAVS will be running into the Celtics if the CAVS can somehow make the playoffs. Incredible Bald Eagle Photo -- Bellingham Herald - 04:51 PM

This incredible nature photo was taken here in Whatcom County. Rick Warren captured the image when an eagle swooped in and stole his friend's trout. This picture is a great example of the life style we experience here in the northwest.
This photo is from Lake Padden -- a popular lake in Bellingham. There were reports that sports fishermen had been losing their catches to a bald marauder.  I guess those reports are right!
