My granddaughter is now just over 14 months old and walking around on her own.  She is so happy to have her new found freedom.  She is just up and about everywhere and getting into everything.  I decided to take her out for a stroll out in the yard.  She did not want to hold my hand.  All she wanted was to go and explore on her own.

Palos Verdes Estates Residents No Longer Need to Sort Their Recyclable Trash - 11:25 AM
Palos Verdes Estates Residents will no longer need to sort out their recyclable trash items under the terms of a new contract with the City's refuse collector Athens Services which went into effect July 1st. Residents can continue to sort recyclable trash into their blue trash containers if they wish, but it is not required. Therefore, recyclable trash will now be collected with the weekly trash collection instead of every other week.  In addition, residents will enjoy a slight reduction in their monthly trash collections fees from $34.48 from from $35.50.

Simple answer: It is what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is willing to accept.

I got to thinking about that and how people make offers. Some buyers work it like a garage sale item: lowball and if they accept—GREAT!  If they don’t, then it’s either countered or rejected. No harm no foul. Move on.
