Like many of the areas wonderful old stone structures, Peirce Mill was built by an Quaker farmer who moved here from Pennsylvania. Isaac Perce and his son Abner (a stoneworker) built this sole survivor among a long line of mills that once stood along Rock Creek. Last September, it reopened as a working mill, grinding flour that you can actually use to bake bread!

This straight talk is excellent and makes one thing very clear to me... if I were to list my home in Poincian, FL I would be calling Broker Bryant!
