Daytona Beach Shores. Oceans Grand Condos. July 2012 - 07:24 PM
Built in 2006 in Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans Grand is the last building of the Oceans complex. It was not built by Bellemead Development Corp., original developer of all Oceans condo buildings, but by Callahan & Sons, a construction company from Massachusets.
It was also one of the last high-rise buildings in Daytona Beach Shores, which now limits buildings to 12 stories high.

Space Coast Info: The Manatee - 06:25 PM

Here in Brevard County we are known for quite a few things. Obviously we are called the Space Coast because of the Kennedy Space Center. We have a huge coast line that is well known for great surfing and the many beautiful beaches that go along with it. Our beautiful Central Florida weather...that has average high temps above 70 degrees all winter is also a big draw.
