Community Luncheon to be held in Proctorsville Vermont, folks come enjoy some mighty fine food and conversation with others. Attending an events as this sure is a mighty way to meet other folks which you might have meet with in the community.
On Thurssday the 19th of July 2012 St. James United Methodist Church, which is located at 131 Main Street in Proctorsville, Vermont, is holding the Monthly Community Luncheon which is scheduled to begin at 11:30 A.M. Puppet Show will be held in Newport New Hampshire, folks of all ages enjoy watching a puppet show. Will maybe I should say most folks do, seeing that I seen and listen to a judge on a TV show say that puppets scare him. The puppets of this here show are not at all scary to enjoy watching.

What is the proper way to replace rotted wood ? - 09:11 AM
Sometimes common sense seems to interfer with the logic. When a home buyer ask for rotted wood to be replaced and the seller agrees, what is the proper way to replace rotted wood ? I would agree that the rotted wood is to be removed and replaced, while others seem to think covering it with metal is a satisfactory repair. The logic behind replacing the rotted wood is to make a repair vs to hide the rotted wood behind the metal in hopes nobody will see it ( Including the appraiser ) The listing agent in this case tells me that (4 comments)

Foreclosure Starts Rise For Second Straight Month The number of U.S. homes receiving foreclosure notices topped one million through the first six months of 2012, according to RealtyTrac. There were 1.046 million foreclosure filings between January – June 2012, says the foreclosure-tracking firm in its Midyear 2012 Foreclosure Market Report. The tally represents a 2 percent increase from the immediate six months prior. A ”foreclosure filing” includes all of the following foreclosure-related actions : (1) Default notices, (2) Scheduled auctions, and (3) Bank repossessions.
